- Handle front desk duties, greet clients, and manage appointments.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Process documentation for medical check-ups and upload in the system.
- Liaise with panel providers and submit panel claims.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and medical-related correspondence.
- Assist with stock control of clinic supplies.
- Experience in healthcare industry is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and handle sensitive information.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Must be committed for long-term employment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
