Power Management Technical Lead

**Qualifications**:
- Possess a Bachelor's, a Master's degree or a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent and experience with IP/SoC design, firmware development, verification or validation.
- At least 15 years of relevant working experience in Power Management design, Silicon Logic Design, Firmware development, Verification or Validation development.
- Ability to lead by example.
- Collaborative, communicate well with great influencing skills.
- Consistently look for ways to do things more efficiently while upholding quality.
- Passionate in solving problems, ability to synthesize data and translate into data driven proposals and decisions.
- Motivated, Self-driven and Independent.
- Skilled in design, various verification and validation techniques and industry standard methodologies.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
