Position: Finance Manager

Company background: Cosmetic & Skincare Manufacturer

Working Location :Taman Perindustrian Parit Bakar 84000 Muar Johor.

Working Hours: 8.30am-6pm (Monday
- Friday), 8.30 am-1.30 pm (Alternate Saturday)

Salary Range: Basic RM4,000-RM7,000 (Open for discussion & more allowance details will be disclosed in the interview session)

**Jobs Requirements**:

- Fast learner, proactive working attitude, and good personality.
- Good communication, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and basic Account system
- Having background audit experience will be an added advantage (but this is not compulsory).
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

- Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management.
- Maintains /sets up an accounting system.
- Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners / BOD to achieve business and company goals.
- Review financial reports.
- Prepares financial forecasts.
- Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
- Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
- Assists management in making financial decisions.
- Supervise employees.
- Investigate means to improve profitability.
- Reviews and processes payments of the company.
- Maintains an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
- Participates in executing changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate business expansion, compliance, and scaling.
- Ad hoc job assigned by the business partner.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
