**Logistic**
- Filling process and ensure its been organized properly
- Prepare monthly KPI Report.
- Respond to shipping complaints, lost item and damages.
- Review and analyze budget, expenditure and operations
- Supervise and manage logistics team
- Provide leadership to help team develop skills and meet goals
- Track and report shipment results
- Develop and manage logistics KPIs
- Develop and document standard operating procedure
- Analyse financial impact of logistic changes, routing, shipping modes, etc.
- Design, assess and implement new strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborates with other departments to integrate logistics with processes
- Train, coach and evaluate logistic team
- To ensure department personnel and processes comply with QHSEMS as well as to participate in its implementations
- Liaise with agent for the custom declaration
- Involve in logistics arrangement for project mobilization and demobilization
- Liaise with agent for vessel schedule, declaration and clearance, and delivery to door (import/ export)
- Any ad-hoc task will be informed by superior from time to time.

**Procurement**
- Purchase product and material based on comparison with several supplier /vendor
- Track and record orders/recieved order/arrival
- Manage supply based, analyze market & delivery system
- Source and interview vendors, negotiate contract and cost
- Prepare requisition & purchase order
- Monitor order expanses, communicate performance and cost to management
- Recommended new process or system for improvement, implement new ideas & strategies
- Organized and schedule procurement in timely manner
- Operate equipment and follow all safety procedures
- Communicate with vendor, client, customer, team members & manager to ensure the goal its align with company procedure
- Any ad-hoc task will be informed by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirement**
- At least Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum 2-10 year working experience in Logistic/Procurement/Supply Chain Field
- Good command in English, writing, reporting and speaking skills.
- Good technical, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Able to oversee other related scope of work such as Documentation, Logistic & Co-ordination.
- Possess good negotiation skills, analytical and commercial inclined.
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to liaise with various levels of management, clients and employees.
- High level of computer literacy and reporting capability

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
