Position : Technical Sales Support Specialist

Location : Kepong

Working Days / Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm / Mon - Fri

**Job summary**

This role requires to use the technical expertise to better connect with the customer by working along with the sales team. It also requires to liaison with the R&D team on the technical requirements by customer.

**Responsibility**
- Provide technical advice to the Sales team to resolve product/service request.
- Prepare and provide documentation on product specifications to the Sales team.
- Answer sales and technical inquiry, explain products, Support product selection, and provide product training and technical seminar, Trouble shooting and others to clients or users.
- Present to clients or customers on dealing with issues by providing solutions.
- Provide technical presentation to customers.
- Attend team meeting and training session to improve sales skill & technical knowledge.
- Coordinate all technical activities with different departments.

**Requirement**
- 1-2 year working experience from IT Industry.
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or similar
- Independent, innovative, team worker, focused on achieving challenging targets.
- Ability to work fast pace and under pressure
- Strong consultative customer sales and support skills are essential.
- Must be proactive and possess strong sales account management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Preferably to possess Class 3 Driving License and own vehicle.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
