General Clerk E-commerce Assistant

**Working Location**:
Taman Segar Perdana, Batu 9, Cheras
**Working Hour**:
Monday：8am - 4pm
Tuesday - Friday：9am - 5pm
Saturday：9am - 2pm
**Job Scope**:
1. Process customer orders from all e-Commerce platforms in an efficient and timely manner
2. Update, manage and maintain all e-Commerce platforms’ backend such as pricing, product listings, inventory level, sales campaigns, etc
4. Follow up with customers
5. Manage stock inventory level in warehouse by using our inventory software system
6. Issue invoice with our inventory software system
7. Perform general administrative such as filing and controlling docs
8. Other ad-hoc task as required from time to time
**Requirement**:
1. Malaysian above 18 years old
3. Attention to details, good working attitude and responsible.
4. Familiar with MS Excel, MS Word and possess basic computer skills
**Salary & Benefits**:
- RM 1600 - RM 2300
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS will be provided
- Bonus and incentive (depends on working performance)
