Talent Management Executive

**Job description**:
To support the planning, execution, and monitoring of talent management strategies, succession planning frameworks, and employee development programs that align with organizational goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proven experience in recruiting and developing talent pipelines specifically targeting fresh graduates from universities, colleges or other educational institutions.
- Assist in developing and implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and grow key talents.
- Coordinate succession planning exercises across departments, identifying key roles and potential internal successors.
- Maintain and update talent profiles, competency matrices, and talent pipeline data.
- Support the execution of performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
- Assist in planning and organizing leadership development and high-potential programs.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports related to talent performance, turnover, and readiness levels.
- Liaise with department heads to identify development needs and propose relevant training or mentoring interventions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and growth-oriented culture.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Participate in HR projects related to organizational development and capability building.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 3-4 years of working experience in HR, preferably in talent management /training Development
- Good understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and talent development concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
