Responsible to manage, monitor and ensure admin & operation functions in the company compliance with SOPs.
- Assist in simple accounting works such as sorting of invoice, PO,DO and data-entry
- To co-operation with service team to making improvements to current operations
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
- Tracking purchase orders
- Maintains records of orders and inventory
- Print and distribute monthly invoice/service reports
- Check, process and record all payments, administer invoices and expenses claims received and action payments
- Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.
- Follow up closely with customer payment, PO, service report etc.
- Applicants must be willing to work in USJ
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
