The Role of Digital Marketing Manager
A Digital Marketing Manager plans, manages and oversees all aspects of a digital marketing campaign to effectively promote brand’s product. Their duties include planning a digital campaign, delegating responsibilities to the marketing team and measuring the performance analytics of a campaign.
At BLWN, you will be responsible to set up and manage the company's overall digital marketing strategies. You will play a vital role in accomplishing our business objectives and goals. You should have demonstrable experience of working with major technologies and marketing channels.
Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Manager
- Plan, create marketing and multimedia content and drive qualified online traffic and engagement by using effective techniques
- Strategic planning, budgeting and operation of social media platforms
- Preferably having experience in setting up and managing on different social media platforms (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and forums
- Execute, track and assess the effectiveness of performance marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new marketing techniques to drive sales performance and increase brand awareness.
- Handle other assigned marketing task by the superior.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Oversee all marketing campaigns of the company
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns, coordinating with other members of the team and other departments to produce effective strategies
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Monitor current campaigns, ensuring the team meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks
- Analyze data on a regular basis to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts

**; Requirements**: - Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
- Proven 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist or a similar role in the Marketing Department.
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Good teamwork skill, strong interpersonal and communication skill, network ability, adaptability, good organization and planning skill, creative writing skill and commercial awareness
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
