**ITAM & Vendor Management Specialist I**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient management of technology assets and vendor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Flexera Contract Management Analysis:

- Support the IT Asset Vendor Management team in managing contracts using the Flexera Contract Management tool.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing contract terms, conditions, and renewal dates.
- Help maintain an up-to-date and accurate contract repository.
- QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Score Card Data
- Assist in creating the QBR schedule and scorecard
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data for QBR scorecard
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely data collection
- Audit and Compliance Monitoring:

- Assist in monitoring vendor compliance with contractual obligations and licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to software license agreements and compliance requirements.
- Help prepare for vendor audits by gathering necessary documentation and conducting internal audits.
- Maintain support policies, documentation, and help with communication plans

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- May required to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global team
- Strong organizational skills, very detail oriented
- Comfortable working independently as part of Global Team
- Must be willing in hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of IT Procurement tools, software installation and standard IT operating procedures is beneficial
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills along with strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of IT system architectures on-premises and cloud based solutions
- Knowledge of information security and risk management
