1.Recruitment
- To be involved as panel in interview sessions for executive positions as and when requested.
- To do the administering and maintaining the recruitment database (new recruits, confirmation, resignation, transfer, etc.) for Executives & above.
2. Payroll
- Data entry for OL, OM, PA in SAP System.
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
3. Training
- Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs.
- Organize training materials and oversee training programs.
- Carry out, maintain, and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness.
3. HR Administration
- Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current.
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee (Executives & above).
- To do medical check-up arrangement for new employees, medical benefit & any related matter pertaining to new registration (Executives & above).
- To do panel clinic evaluation on performance and professional practices
- To process all hospitalization/inpatient claims submission, registration, termination and keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal.
4. Other Matters
- Monitor HR department’s budget.
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues or any other authorities.
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
- Regularly meet with employees, promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
- To assist on any planned and coordination of CSR programs either external or internal.
- To follow and abide to any other instructions given by HRA Manager.
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
