Sales Trainee

**Responsibilities**:

- Help customers by answering their questions using online platforms.
- Keep in touch (follow up) with customers to build good relationships and encourage them to repeat the products.
- Learn about our products to give helpful advice.
- Conduct outbound calls to our existing and potential customers.
- Work with the team to improve customer service and engagement.
- Do other ad-hoc tasks given by the team leader when needed.
