What is your mission?
- Ensure all HR programs supporting the long-term goals of company.
- Oversee a variety of administrative programs and functions, and often navigate the areas of employee experience and development.
- Lead and own the chartering of HR programs involving the strategic transformation of the HR Function.
- Manage execution, go live and project closure with key internal and external stakeholder using project management methodology.
- Ensure the projects and initiatives being managed with rigor and appropriate follow-up.
- Promptly identify and mitigate risks in projects to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Demonstrate current knowledge of contemporary trends in HR to anticipate, plan, and execute HR activities in context of broader business decision.
- Understand and embrace the use of HRIS technology to improve HR processes effectively to enforce HR data standards.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Preferably with 5 to 8 years working experience in a related field is ideal for this position.
- Have a deep understanding of the businesses and their processes in designated cluster and possess business acumen
- Strong communication skilll and technique across client groups particularly through times of change.
- Ability to deal with multiple challenges and to adapt with an environment that is constantly changing.
- Demonstrates an affinity for digital platforms; being digitally savvy is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, a natural visionary, and constantly exploring new ideas and perspectives to improve existing situations.
- Possesses strong knowledge in the development of HR policies and procedures, sourcing and recruitment processes, compensation and benefits, talent development and employee retention programs in a BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
