**Responsibility**:

- Support superior and company to promote and market Quanterm globally, targeting on the B2B market
- Assist to execute the planned annual marketing plan includes proposal drafting, executing, monitoring, and post campaign reporting on the effectiveness
- Provide resources and manage in the production of marketing contents & materials via various platforms, ensuring the compliance with brand standards
- Create and design newsletters and marketing collaterals for relevant marketing & branding campaigns, working with external designer or vendor when needed
- Conduct business analysis and market research to gather market information (market size, market development, competitors, etc.) for the team to create the right strategies
- Manage the incoming enquiries and the sales lead through CRM system, including reporting on conversion rates and others related
- Create and maintain customer database to be used for the marketing plan
- Organize and manage corporate events offline or online
- Assist superior in business implementation and setting up of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bach. Degree in Business Administration Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Marketing or other relevant
- 2-4 years of working experiences in Marketing Communication/Digital Marketing/Sales Support
- Working experience in logistics/freight forwarding/express industry is a big plus.
- Possess strong written and communication skills in English & Mandarin
- Has experience in preparing reports and conducting Market analysis/research
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or other design software is a big plus
- An independent, innovative, and a good team player
- Proficient with MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
