**Job Description**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Month-end adjustment and verification
- API connectivity and technical-related queries/follow up
- Raise JIRA for the team to investigate issues raised by clients
- Raise JIRA for API connectivity set up
- Raise JIRA for a credential for UAT/Production launch
- Raise JIRA for test IDs for the client’s UAT purpose
- Commercial-related fulfilment/delivery
- ITJR prioritization meeting - to prioritize job requests to meet delivery dateline
- Raise JIRA for data extraction
- Raise JIRA for historical usage extraction as requested by clients
- Customer Due Diligence - for existing NBB and new NBB clients
- System Support for a Strat client - initiate internal investigation and coordination for solution/outcome; team involvement - Client/AM/AD team/EITS teams
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Lead Assignment to sales teams
- Month-end reporting to ACRA for data extraction
- Vendor Registration / Annual Information Security Questionnaire (requested by clients) - usually conducted on an annual basis, and this can be requested by both new and existing client
- Order Fulfilment for clients - receiving, tracking and fulfilment of report orders from clients; team involvement - AM, Ops and CIBI team
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Customer Service Associate.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication skills, strong professional conversation etiquette when interacting with clients.
- Analytical and multitasking skill, attentive to details.
- Teamwork and motivational skills.
- Critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products, orders, billing etc.
- Bachelor’s degree, 2 to 5 years of relevant or related experience
