**JOB SUMMARY**:
The NOC Support position is responsible for providing first-level technical support in a 24/7 Network Operations Centre (NOC) environment. Key responsibilities include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to alerts, outages, and performance issues in a timely manner.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document incidents, actions taken, and resolution steps in ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and vendors for root cause analysis and resolution.
- Generate reports on system performance, availability, and incident trends.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Networking, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, ping, traceroute)
- Familiarity with Linux OS is a plus
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
