**Job Overview**:
As a Makeup Academy Course Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process and ensuring they make informed decisions about their makeup education. This role involves providing comprehensive information about the academy's courses, addressing inquiries, and assisting students in selecting the right programs. It requires a deep understanding of makeup artistry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to nurture strong relationships with potential students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Guidance**: Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding makeup courses, curriculum, and career opportunities in the beauty industry.

**2. Consultation**: Conduct one-on-one consultations with potential students to assess their goals, interests, and makeup-related aspirations.

**3. Course Presentation**: Effectively present and explain course offerings, program details, schedules, and tuition fees to prospective students.

**4. Admissions Support**: Assist students in completing the enrollment process, including the submission of necessary documents and payments.

**5. Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, offering ongoing support and guidance throughout the decision-making process.

**6. Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the academy's makeup products, tools, and techniques to provide accurate information to potential students.

**7. Sales and Enrolment**: Meet or exceed enrolment targets through effective sales techniques, persuasive communication, and relationship building.

**8. Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospective students regarding their inquiries and reasons for enrolment or non-enrolment.

**Qualifications**:
**individuals with knowledge of makeup or relevant industry experience in cosmetics are preferred**
- Strong knowledge of makeup artistry, beauty products, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to persuade and motivate potential students.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Empathetic and patient, able to address students' concerns and questions effectively.
- Familiarity with educational programs and enrollment processes is a plus.
- **Proficiency in CHINESE, ENGLISH and MALAY.**

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Signing bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to Relocate:
