**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the customer support team to deliver great service.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching when needed.
- Work with Operations, Warehouse, and Back Office to solve service issues.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Support customer success and help clients achieve their goals.
- Create and improve service policies, procedures, and training.
- Identify areas for improvement in daily operations.
- Prepare simple reports on customer feedback and team performance.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and build long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service or team management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work well with different teams and handle pressure.
- Familiar with CRM systems and customer service tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
