To establish tender requirements, price benchmark, background, BoQs via communication with ICT internal users and prepare baseline approval from Head of Division. - Monitoring contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts and trigger procurement by providing, price benchmark, background, BoQs and baseline approval from Head of Division. - Participate in tender negotiations, evaluations, etc when required by P&SC - Propose to establish Strategic Sourcing / Schedule Rates where necessary to ease utilization - Creating and maintaining relationships with ICT suppliers and customers (other divisions) - Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts (as contract requestor) including communication with Legal & PLA for customized agreements - Accountable for communicating and presenting contract information to ICT Management - Raising purchase requisition to P&SC to start sourcing - Consolidate contracts with service providers to identify potential economies of scale based on technical knowledge in ICT - Manage and monitor performance levels of service providers to TNB via SLAs - Establish close communication with service providers to communicate bottlenecks - Adhere to compliance on procurement & contract governance
