**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with manual inspection of CCTV footage for all stores and warehouses and document observations for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with the vendor to obtain updates and necessary maintenance for the CCTV software.
- Assist with monitoring and ensuring the efficient operation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Respond to system slow-downs and alert the appropriate personnel for assistance.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues as they arise and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document observations accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
