Key Requirement:

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms including **Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and TikTok**.
- Assist in the creation and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging, brand-consistent content (graphics, videos, captions).
- Draft and schedule social media posts aligned with clients’ marketing calendars and brand strategies.
- Conduct market and trend research to propose new content ideas that drive engagement and conversion.
- Support client communication, ensuring timely delivery of marketing plans, reports, and updates.
- Assist in developing marketing proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare periodic reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, click-through rate, and ROI.
- Recommend strategic adjustments based on data insights.
- Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall campaign coherence and execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management (agency experience preferred).
- Familiarity with **social media platforms and tools**: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of **paid advertising**, **content creation**, and **analytics tools** (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for managing XiaoHongShu campaigns).
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)**
- Experience with **Canva**, **Adobe Creative Suite**, or video editing software.
- Knowledge of **SEO basics** and **content marketing principles**.
- Prior involvement in **influencer marketing campaigns**.
- Understanding of **data-driven marketing** and performance optimisation.
