**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Assistant with exceptional memory and labeling skills to enhance the efficiency of our inventory management system. In this role, you will support the warehouse team by overseeing inventory labeling, assisting customers, and ensuring items are correctly organized for easy access. Your meticulous approach and quick recall will play a key role in reducing retrieval time and maintaining smooth workflow in our storage facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Labeling and Organization**: Accurately label incoming items promptly and place them in designated storage locations, minimizing search times for inventory.
- **Customer Assistance**: Serve walk-in customers by providing product information and fulfilling basic requests promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Stock Organization**: Regularly organize shelves and storage spaces, making sure all products are accessible, labeled, and recorded in the system accurately.
- **Inventory Management System Utilization**: Utilize computerized inventory systems to track product locations, manage stock levels, and ensure up-to-date record-keeping.
- **Collaboration with Warehouse Assistant**: Work closely with the Warehouse Assistant to ensure seamless workflow, coordinating on stock management and organization tasks to enhance overall efficiency.
- **Inventory Control**: Assist with periodic inventory counts, quickly locating and identifying any misplaced items, and helping to reconcile discrepancies.
- **Communication**: Alert the Warehouse Supervisor promptly about any stock or system issues, offering solutions or support to maintain productivity.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and safe environment, following all safety protocols for stock handling and organization.
- **Support Administrative Tasks**: Provide assistance in record-keeping, stock counts, and occasional marketing and communication tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong memory and recall skills to efficiently locate and label items, reducing item retrieval time and preventing delays.
- Previous experience in inventory or retail environments is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems.
- Physical ability to lift and organize stock as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to assist customers and work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing stock levels and work in shifts if necessary, including weekends.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
