We are looking for experienced Customer Service to provide excellent customer service, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and meet their expectations. The goal is to improve the customer service experience, take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.

**Job Description**:

- To increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about service, pricing, and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.
- Perform administrative functions such as data entry, filing or other clerical duties as required by the supervisor on a rotating basis
- Track customer satisfaction surveys - Escalate issues appropriately when necessary

**; Requirements**:
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
