**WORKING HOURS**:

- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (4 Shift Rotational)
- Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline support for customers, ensuring they receive the best service and solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

- Customer Assistance - Handle inquiries related to tariffs, usage, accounts, and services.
- Account Management - Assist with reconnections, self-metering, and account updates.
- Billing & Payment Support - Help customers resolve billing, metering, and payment issues.
- Energy Advisory - Educate customers on energy efficiency, renewable energy options, and smart usage.
- Service Requests - Manage auto-debit setups, bill forecasting, and disconnection/reconnection requests.
- Complaint Resolution - Track, monitor, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Crisis Management - Provide exceptional service and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
