**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Chief Project Officer, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects. From breaking ground to handing over keys, you’ll lead teams, manage timelines, and ensure top-tier delivery—all while keeping budgets in check and stakeholders informed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple property and construction projects from inception to completion.
- Set clear project goals, scopes, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project schedules and monitor performance against timelines and budgets.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks and bottlenecks.
- Lead project teams and motivate for peak performance.
- Maintain strong communication with management and clients throughout project lifecycle.
- Promote continuous improvement and project delivery excellence.

**Job Requirements**:

- 10-15 years’ experience in project management, ideally in property development or construction.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination abilities.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Certifications such as CIDB, BEM, LAM, ST, NIOSH, DOSH, or PMP are a definite advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
