**MARKETING EXECUTIVE — Strategy, Ads & Campaign**

Sidah Group sedang mencari seorang Marketing Executive yang strategik, kreatif dan memahami dunia F&B, catering & event marketing.

Calon akan mengetuai pelaksanaan kempen promosi, iklan digital, dan koordinasi bersama pasukan Content Creator untuk memastikan setiap kempen berjaya capai impak maksimum.

**TUGAS & TANGGUNGJAWAB**:

- Merancang & melaksanakan kempen pemasaran bulanan dan seasonal
- Menyediakan marketing calendar & campaign brief untuk Content Creator.
- Menentukan arah kreatif, mesej utama & objektif setiap kempen.
- Melaksana & pantau iklan digital berbayar (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
- Menetapkan bajet, target audience & report prestasi (reach, CTR, leads, ROI).
- Bekerjasama dengan Content Creator untuk hasilkan poster, caption & video promosi.
- Koordinasi bersama pasukan sales & operation bagi promosi restoran / event hall.
- Menyediakan laporan mingguan dan cadangan strategi untuk tingkatkan hasil jualan.
- Mengemukakan cadangan kempen kepada HQ untuk kelulusan.
- Memantau komen, mesej pelanggan dan maklum balas untuk penambahbaikan kempen

**KELAYAKAN & KEMAHIRAN**:

- Diploma / Ijazah dalam Pemasaran, Komunikasi, Media atau setaraf.
- Minimum 1-3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang pemasaran digital.
- Mahir guna Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, dan analisis laporan.
- Faham trend pasaran & cara tingkatkan engagement pelanggan.
- Mempunyai idea kreatif, berdisiplin & boleh bekerja dengan timeline ketat.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik — mampu beri arahan jelas kepada team kreatif.
