**JOB SCOPE**

A maintenance technician shall perform all job functions and resume all responsibilities outline in the Job Scope when given by Operations Director or Managing Director and approved by Top Management. The Maintenance Technician has specific responsibilities towards Maintenance Department and Company, and shall:
Primary

5.1

Establish and implement Objective and Key Results (OKR) of Maintenance Department.

5.2

Performs work according to company standard procedure and operations schedule.

5.3

Develop and oversee the Continuous Improvement Program that involve in Maintenance Department.

5.4

Maintain and monitor the schedule of maintenance of all Company building facilities, equipment and machineries. (e.g. ventilation, other system, etc.)

5.5

Prepare and submit monthly inspection & repair report on company building facilities, equipment and machineries due to unforeseen breakdown.

5.6

Prepare and submit monthly preventive maintenance report by finding and collecting sources of wear and tear spare parts, consumables, and care products for company building facilities, equipment and machineries. (e.g. replacing light bulbs, locks, windows etc.)

5.7

Maintain and monitor the cleanliness and housekeeping in Department with 5-S approach.

5.8

Enforce maintenance technician’s discipline and Company Rules & Regulations in Maintenance Department.

5.9

Follows all applicable safety rules & procedures.

5.10

Protect proprietary and confidential properties gained as part of exercising professional duties and use discretion in sharing such information within Maintenance Control.

5.11

Record, check, identify and follow up staff enquiries and orders regarding Company building facility, equipment and machinery maintenance issues, and data entry in ERP.

Secondary

5.12

Participates in general cleaning, painting and repair work.

5.13

Use hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining ground walks.

5.14

Provides assistance to staffs, visitors and other employee as necessary.

5.15

Check building at beginning and end of shifts.

5.16

Perform maintenance tasks as assigned by Operations Director or Top Management.
