**Job Description**:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring they are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project plans and specifications. Key responsibilities include:

- Daily Site Management: Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Quality Control: Ensure work is performed to high-quality standards and in accordance with project plans.
- Safety: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Scheduling: Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project progress and any issues.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve on-site issues and challenges as they arise.
- Materials and Equipment: Manage the delivery and use of materials and equipment on-site.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in construction supervision or safety (if applicable).
