About the Role
Assess outpatient and inpatient hospitalization claims from Group policyholders as per stipulated benchmarks and requirements- Responsible to assess and pay the outpatient and inpatient hospitalization claims.- Responsible to review and pay cases that exceed authority limit.- Meet department and individual quality target, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.- Ensure all special account policy is attended and resolved within the agreed timeline.-
- Assisting team members within the team as and when required.- Assist on general administration and any special allocated tasks as and when required.- Seek to understand rationale with facts for better claims analysis.
