Allocating accommodation and giving out room keys, telling residents the house rules and making sure they keep them. - Arranging and supervising cleaning and hygiene of resident unit and surrounding. - Making sure that hostel is adequate security. - Carrying out minor repairs and arranging major repairs. - Dealing with complaints, enquiries, emergencies and other problems. - Having to watch out for alcohol, fighting, drug abuse and deal with troublemakers. - Driving company vehicle (Passenger Van) deliver residents to/from clinic, hospital or other. - Willing to work night shift and long hours including evenings and weekends.
We provide a manpower supply and hostel & transport management services.
