Eap Executive

Preferable Location(s): Selangor, Malaysia- Work Type: Full Time**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end to end process of recruiting and onboarding providers to the MindFi EAP network.
- Be the principal contact for the MindFi EAP network for both providers and users.
- Collaborate in creation of marketing related direction and materials for the EAP Program.
- Communicate with the Engineering Team to ensure that the EAP Platform is effectively supporting the EAP Network.
- Communicate with the Sales & Success Teams to ensure appropriate EAP coverage for corporate clients.
- Communicate with the Sales & Success Teams to schedule corporate training delivered by the EAP network.
- Organise classes and group care on the MindFi app, to be delivered by the EAP network.
- Conduct provider satisfaction surveys to understand the provider experience and improve it.
- Provide input for incentive schemes and other programs to build provider loyalty and improve provider experience.
- Assist Clinical Care Manager in research and administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Psychology or related field
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- Excellent active listening skills and verbal communication
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
