Activities of the team may include:

- PO processing: review, stock level calculation, documentation, advice on operation reasonableness, distribution to RDC, and system recording.
- Cost calculation: review contracts, gather transport information, record in system, review cost model, adjust AR amount and cost, communicate with subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.
- Support account management and transaction processing.
- Provide product and technical support for customer transactions, feedback, and other requests.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards; respond to customer queries and resolve issues.

Requirement:

- Experienced operational/support role handling the China market
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin
- Considerable job-related training (1-3 years) and technical or vocational training required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to provide assistance to less experienced staff
