**Job Title**: Part-Time Quality Control (QC) for Fashion

**Location**: Elmina East

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Quality Control (QC) personnel. The QC role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet our quality standards before reaching our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Inspection**:

- Conduct detailed visual inspections on clothing items, accessories, and other fashion products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and record/report any defects, discrepancies, or imperfections in materials, stitching, or overall craftsmanship.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Follow established quality control procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency in product quality.
- Collaborate with the production team to address and rectify any quality issues.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspected products, documenting findings and observations.
- Generate reports highlighting quality control findings and communicate them to the relevant departments.

**Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and specifications set by the company.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying product defects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise reports/summary.
- Ability to work independently and follow established guidelines.
- Passionate about maintaining high standards of product quality.
