Plan and execute routine maintenance cycles
- Attend breakdown maintenance for restoration of supply during normal working hours and standby period, inclusive of isolation of faulty section and restoration of power supply
- Execute replacement and refurbishment of plant equipment inclusive of procurement activity
- Planning and coordinate constructions work for supply, erect and commissioning 11kV switchgears, cables and transformers.
- Responsible for handling 11kV electrical equipment including operating, maintaining and troubleshooting switchgear, transformer and other related system.
- Related work on electrical expansion and third-party electricity supply request, include switching, cable diversion, asset taking over, FAT, dealing with TNB, dealing with Suruhanjaya Tenaga, dealing with consultants, examine schematic drawing of as-built drawing during taking over, etc for 11kV system.
- Assist Resident Engineer in conducting inspection, switching, maintenance or any electrical work as directed for 132kV and 11kV system such as standardization of procedure, electrical system planning, update drawing, etc
- Help handle matters regarding metering and billing of third-party consumers
- Help educate A level chargeman on correct ways of switching, troubleshooting and maintenance for 415V system
- All work processes are to ensure compliance to Engineering ISO Integrated Management System
- Perform switching, issue permit to work and supervise contractor to conduct electrical work until commissioning.

Job requirements:

- Preferable with 5 years related working experience.
- Possess a Competency Certificate in Electrical Chargeman BO Issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
