**A.** **Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible to identify new information of customer & conclude situation of customer in securing the payment.
- Responsible to deliver field visit report in order to provide guidelines for file holders in their collection action planning.
- Responsible to keep customer information safe.

**B.** **Requirements**
- SPM / STPM / Diploma in the field of Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Business Management or any equivalent.
- Fresh graduates also be considered, as a proper on the training will be provided.

**C.** **Experiences and Knowledges and Skills**
- At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in debts collection / credit companies.
- Preferred Male and have valid driving license.
- Communicate effectively with various types of customer in a professional way without personal feelings influencing the process.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to actively interact with all levels of customers.
- To identify, locate and investigate accounts which are difficult to secure payment via telephone calls.
- To create awareness among customers to make prompt payments as agreed.
- Responsible to deliver field visit report in order to provide guidelines for file holders in their collection action planning.
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Willing to outstation

**D.** **Benefits**

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
