**Job Responsibility**:

- To carry out building maintenance works.
- Attend to all general repairs and restoration works as required.
- Conduct regular maintenance checking and carry out routine preventive maintenance activities.
- To assist install electrical wiring for facilities, machines and systems.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least SPM level.
- At least 1 year of working experience in building maintenance/ repair for facilities & machinery/ basic wiring and electrical knowledge.
- Able to work long hours and public holidays if required.
- Able to start work immediately.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
