**3. Team Management**:

- Supervise and mentor a team of leasing agents or associates.
- Provide guidance on leasing strategies, customer service, and client relationships.

**4. Client and Tenant Relations**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients on leasing matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with tenants to ensure high retention rates.

**5. Property Marketing**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available spaces through online platforms, print media, and property tours.

- Monitor leasing and occupancy rates, ensuring achievement of targets within budget.
- Prepare and present regular leasing reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Track rent collection and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.

**7. Market Analysis**:

- Conduct research to assess rental pricing, demand, and competitor offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations for adjusting lease terms, pricing, or property offerings to stay competitive.

**8. Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all leasing activities comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant correspondence, and property-related documents.

**What We’re looking for**:

- Proven experience in commercial or residential leasing, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of leasing regulations and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
