Partnering with the business and translating the business resourcing strategy to actionable plans to deliver with speed, cost effectiveness and hiring of quality talent.
- Managing end to end resourcing of external positions, including attraction, jointly conducting job brief meetings and aligning on sourcing strategy with the Sourcer. Complete coordination with the sourcer team, scheduling team, onboarding team and HR operations, hiring managers, assessors to complete interview assessment, leading of the offer making process, in line with Resourcing targets and key performance indicators.
- Developing trusted relationships with partners (business LTs, country/business HR/Talent Advisors) to understand business priorities, roles, and talent needs both in the short and longer term, including sharing market intelligence and insights to enable business to hire the right talent.
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities, maintaining operational excellence and adopting consistent and globally standardized resourcing processes.
- Building a continuous, collaborative delivery partnership with key partners within the natural teams. Support country initiatives in employer branding like recruitment fairs, virtual events and also participate in country business and HR events.

**Requirements**:

- Familiar and comfortable with ongoing voluminous hiring and select senior level recruitment as and when occurs.
- Experience in Shared Services Industry Recruitment or High Volume industries like e-commerce.
- Demonstrated experience in devising resourcing strategy and implement it, including ability to provide market insights to propose to Hiring Manager in what is the best.
**Additional Details**:

- Work hour : Monday - Friday | 9am - 6pm
- Location : Cyberjaya
- Contract duration : 12 months

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
