Coordinate logístical, administrative, and operational aspects of construction projects, including liaising with customers to understand project requirements and track progress.
- Plan work sequences and manpower deployment for site activities.
- Attend meetings and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design or on-site issues during the construction phase.
- Supervise site workers and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections at both the workshop and site.
- Ensure efficient use of manpower, raw materials, and consumables at construction sites.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion in line with approved drawings, budgets, and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues or delays that may arise on-site and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and established work procedures.
- Manage inventory and oversee the maintenance of tools and equipment for both the shop floor and project sites.
- Prepare and consolidate necessary documentation for inspections, site work, and claims.
- Provide regular progress reports to the project team.
- Prepare Method of Statement (MOS) and Method Statement Risk Assessment (MSRA) presentations for client review.
- Anticipate project risks or challenges and collaborate with the team on preventive measures.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in structural steel projects.
- Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Tekla is an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with local and overseas clients).
- Willing to work in outdoor environments and construction sites.

- Positive working attitude, client oriented and self-motivated team player.
- Able to work under minimum supervision, matured, independent and pro-active.
