**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Provide full scope of payroll processing including monitoring attendance, computing wages, allowance, salary advance weekly, claims and overtime payments.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly and yearly statutory requirements (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax - MTD) to the relevant authorities.
- Maintains Payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data in payroll software.
- Ensure timely payroll completion, prepare and submit monthly payroll report on a timely manner.
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
- Liaise with Top Management / Finance to perform the distribution of wages.
- Responsible for filing of payroll/ statutory documents.
- Coordinates requests for leave taken by staff (i.e Unpaid Leave, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Compassionate Leave, Paternity, Maternity, etc).
- Prepare HR documentation to legal requirements and HR policies.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Identify, evaluate training programs,and suggest new HR strategies
- Handle for employee engagement, staff event, annual dinner and welfare.
**REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS**
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge in Malaysia Labour Laws, prevailing HR Practices and legislation.
- Flexible, adaptable, resourceful, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Strong analytical skills with know-how of best practices and latest trends in talent acquisition
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision and perform effectively with variable workloads to deliver results
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Saturday - Thursday (9am - 5pm)
- 1 Full-time position (s) available
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
