**Job Purpose**

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at Furi Global. The role focuses on preventing accidents, promoting a culture of safety, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. This position will oversee safety training, workplace inspections, and the development of safety plans tailored to the office environment.

**Key Responsibility**
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and best practices for an office environment.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to mitigate risks and prevent workplace accidents.
- Investigate any incidents, accidents, or near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Organize and conduct safety training programs for all staff, including new employee orientation and periodic refresher courses.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and first aid protocols.
- Prepare and submit safety reports, including incident reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation, to management.
- Monitor the condition of safety equipment, ensuring that all necessary tools, such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and first aid supplies, are maintained and in working order.
- Perform additional duties as required by management to ensure the ongoing safety of all employees and visitors at Furi Global’s office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
