Electrical Chargemen

**Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities**:

- To evaluate actual compliance of electrical installation at site.
- To endorse ETIC prepared by WL.
- Produce and complete the inspection checklist record as per PETI briefing.
- Responsible for ensuring that the equipment (and equipment of their SUB- CONTRACTORS) is inspected, maintained, and comply with COMPANY PETI requirements.
- Obtain approval from COMPANY Authorized PETI Inspector on usage of portable electrical equipment at worksite.
- Ensure PETI inspection stickers are duly dated and within validity of three (3) months.
- Temporary installation shall be installed by CONTRACTOR competent electrical personnel/equipment owner/RA.
- Ensure the integrity of the equipment is maintained by making daily visual inspections and monthly inspection of PETI.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum three (3) years’ experience working in electrical facilities preferably two (2) years’ experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Shall possess a minimum A0 chargeman Certificate of competencies (“COC”) from Suruhanjaya Tenaga or L1 chargeman COC from Electrical Inspectorate Unit (EIU).
- Note: To attend PETI briefing by COMPANY appointed representative.
