Handbag Designer

**Responsibilities**: - Comprehend brand positioning and creative strategy, effectively translating design direction to align with the brand's narrative. - Stay abreast of fashion industry trends, intuitively grasping shapes, textures, and global cultural currents. - Generate innovative ideas within the realm of handbag design, harmonizing brand identity with prevailing fashion trends. - Collaborate seamlessly within a team environment, fostering a supportive atmosphere to achieve creative objectives. - Embrace an open-minded, affirmative approach to tasks and challenges. - Understand market demands for both online and offline products, ensuring brand communication resonates with consumers. - Oversee product and packaging design, including daily packaging, holiday gift boxes, and express packaging. - Liaise with the supply chain to optimize production and control inventory costs, ensuring efficient use of resources. - Enhance packaging design processes to convey brand identity and deliver exceptional "out-of-box experiences." - Proactively coordinate weekly tasks to synchronize with other departments and team objectives. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree or higher in design, with at least 3 years of experience in consumer goods or luggage brand design; overseas experience preferred. - Proficiency in design software such as AI, PS, and relevant 3D software, with a commitment to learning new tools and Mac interface operation. - Understanding of production and printing processes, ensuring alignment with product packaging outcomes. - Deep appreciation for brand culture, coupled with strong graphic design skills and problem-solving abilities to execute design schemes independently. - Familiarity with handbag category research, product structure, and fabrics, with involvement in factory merchandising and production processes. - Willingness to undertake occasional business trips.
