JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- To maintain workers hostels in accordance with the company and customer requirement.
- To brief to the workers on the hostels rules and regulations and do and don't.
- To assist in bank opening account for new worker within the lead time.
- To communicate with payroll department, maintenance department and transport arrangement.
- To perform self-audits on hostels and transport on regular basis.
- To provide immediate respond during emergencies issues (ie : fighting/death/accident etc)
- Attend to window times at factory and hostels for workers concern and grievances.
- To support worker whenever they need arrangement for sickness treatment, bank related matter, holiday, renewal passport or permits.
- To support local recruitment and foreign worker recruitment on the interview and hiring process.
- Ensure driver wear uniform, on time arrival, clock in and transport lateness.
- To arrange Fomema for new arrival of Foreign Workers.
Supporting Task:
- To prepare relevant reports and conduct documentation filling as appropriates and submit to manager.
- To establish hostel occupants namelist and review attrition whenever required.
- To maintain an up to date transport master listing with relevant details such as vehicles registration, permits, road tax and drivers particulars and licenses.
- To maintain foreign worker personal files.
- To make police report if found foreign worker run away whenever necessary.
- Attend to statutory bodies, associations, agencies in regards to workers matters.

- To respond Root Cause Action Plan on the audit finding (Hostel/Transport)
- To collect and submitted the PBA and TNB bill to the office.
Ad Hoc:
- Any other related task assigned to you from time to time by superior.
- Comply with quality policy and other policy which are enforce by company.
Requirement:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Skill in computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English
- Good team player, able to handle and deal with local and foreign worker.
- Good in organizing and prioritizing skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
