- Monitor compliance with Key Performance Indicators and Objectives & Targets, including regular reporting and follow ups with key stakeholders (Client Care, Commission Delivery App, Risk Management, audits, other assurance activities etc.).
- Provide support to the Asia Operations Director and Risk, Assurance & Compliance Associate Director.
- Provide support to regional leadership and operations team on Operations Risk Management and Business Management Systems (Risk Management, Client Care, Commission Delivery App etc.) and assurance matters.
- Coordinate internal audit function across the Asia operations and conduct compliance audit.
- Provide support on external audits including liaising between operations and global team.
- Organise, facilitate and conducts periodic trainings and awareness campaign on Operations Risk Management and Business Management Systems (Risk Management, Client Care, Commission Delivery App etc.)
- Monitor completion of mandatory Risk, Compliance, Ethics trainings.
- Provide inputs for Regional and Segment board meetings.
- Provide support for implementation of ABC processes and claim investigations, localised training, reporting to the Asia board and the global risk & compliance team.
- Maintain Asia Risk, Assurance & Compliance documents and records.
- Process manual Client Care uploads.
- Support the global and regional team in implementing projects, activities and initiatives as required.

**Qualifications**-
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Risk, Assurance and Compliance, with prior experience to risk management, compliance, internal audit or similar functions.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Internal auditor qualification (e.g. ISO audits) is advantageous but can be obtained as part of career progression and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and comfortable working with large data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and build relationships with stakeholder from diverse background.
- Detailed oriented and keen to learn.
- Proficient in Powerpoint, MS Word & Excel (intermediate user or above)
- Experience with PowerBI is advantageous but not essential.
