To liaise and coordinate with the transporter on the logistics of outgoing goods in a timely manner.
- Respond and ensure effective coordination between production and deliveries.
- Monitor the loading process to ensure the quantity sent is correct.
- Ensure material deliver on time.
- Ensure all documents are completely and proper filing.
- Managing the day-to-day logistic tasks.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, and other materials.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for the company.
- Data entry on PO, DO and production output into Finish Goods record.
- Update and monitor SQL inventory.
- To liaise and update customers on daily delivery status.
- Capable of handling other tasks as and when required by the department.
- Monthly stock count participation on finish goods.
- Prepare invoice for export customers
- Label preparation to production
- Monitor replacement record up to date.
- Any other duties that deem necessary from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1800 - RM2000 per month
