**Job Title: Accountant 会计人员**

**Salary Range**: RM 3,500 - RM 4,500
**Location**: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kepong, 52200 Kuala Lumpur

**Note**:Proficiency in Mandarin** is required for this role as it involves liaising with manufacturers and suppliers from China, ensuring seamless communication for business operations and document management.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to the company’s financial growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Financial Accounting and Reporting**
- Maintain full-set accounts (general ledger, AP, AR, bank reconciliation).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards.

**E-Commerce Accounting**
- Reconcile sales and payments across e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
- Track inventory costs and manage COGS.
- Monitor ad spend and ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Integrate platform sales data into accounting systems.

**Cash Flow Management**
- Manage payments, receivables, and working capital.
- Ensure timely collections and payments to optimize cash flow.

**Taxation and Compliance**
- Handle SST submissions and ensure adherence to Malaysian tax laws.
- Assist in annual audits and liaise with auditors for compliance.
- File taxes on time to avoid penalties.

**Financial Analysis and Support**
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Conduct variance analyses and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making.

**Internal Controls and Process Improvement**
- Maintain strong internal controls to prevent discrepancies.
- Continuously enhance accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Work with marketing and operations teams to align financial priorities.
- Present clear financial reports to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- MIA membership is optional but preferred.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks).
- Knowledge of Malaysian tax laws (SST, income tax).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, Lazada) is a plus.
