**About the role**:
Our Marketing Coordinator has the rewarding task of ensuring our customers have the very best experience when working with Prominence. That means being able to transition seamlessly across a portfolio of recruitment agency clients that range in size, need, industry and identity.

You will constantly be on the lookout for new and innovative opportunities to improve our already exceptional service.

**Day-to-Day Deliverables**:

- Onboarding new clients and preparing brand briefs.
- Coordinating and approving all outgoing social media content for clients via Gain, including monthly reporting of analytics.
- Copywriting and editing marketing text across a range of formats including websites, marketing collateral and social media posts.
- Requesting and coordinating weekly hot jobs.
- Working with the Directors and account management team, overseeing and implementing customer projects.
- Liaising with the Prominence base of customers and clients to ensure we are continuously meeting their needs and providing an outstanding service.
- Monitoring the delivery of tasks, providing internal feedback on all tasks and project work and overseeing learning and development opportunities.

**Who You Are**:

- We're a specialist marketing agency for recruiters, some knowledge of the recruitment industry is essential
- Experience using and training team members in Team Work Desk and other platforms such as Team Work Projects, Gain, Teams, etc
- You have sky-high attention to detail and standards of work
- A clear communicator who can engage a broad range of stakeholders
- Never satisfied with the norm and constantly looking for new ways to satisfy our clients
