Planner Buyer

Commit to customer inquire in respect of materials arrangement and production capability and log in the SO into SAP system
- Generate work order and pick list from SAP system.
- Plan and schedule work orders for production to build and schedule weekly production capability.
- Charge out material usage for work order and close out work order in the SAP system.
- Print out packing label for packing operators.
- Update the work in progress status in the planned schedule for monitoring the progress of WIP to be committed.
- Summary the cycle time for each work order.
- Feedback to sales for any material shortage and re-committing the delivery date.
- Generate the DO and invoice for shipment dept.
- Provide finished goods delivery requirement for store to deliver
- Follow up with production staffs the status of the customer order and liaise with customer on delivery status.
- Sourcing for indirect and direct material if required.
- Prepare & processes request for quotation and raise purchase request.
- Liaise with supplier and store for timely delivery.
- Control sample request by Engineering Department / Production Department and update SAP system.
