Sales & Financial Performance** - Develop and execute creative sales strategies to exceed targets and grow profitability. - Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to spot opportunities for immediate action. - Partner with Marketing to plan, execute, and review the impact of in-store promotions, campaigns, and events. - Manage the store’s budget, focusing on optimizing staff costs and controlling expenses. **2. Daily Store Operations** - Implement smooth operational procedures and maintain gold standards for opening, closing, and customer service. - Be the store's expert for POS—process transactions, train staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate daily reporting. - Keep the store visually appealing and immaculate, reflecting our brand image. - Oversee administration such as staff scheduling, leave management, and payroll submissions. **3. Lead & Develop the Team** - Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Beauty Advisors to reach both team and personal goals. - Foster a supportive team culture focused on product knowledge, customer-centricity, and brand values. - Run regular coaching sessions and identify training needs to elevate team capability. **4. Optimize Inventory & Stock Management** - Manage inventory flow, from receiving shipments to organizing stockrooms and conducting regular cycle counts. - Lead smart inventory planning: forecast demand, align with marketing calendars, and prevent stock-outs or excess inventory. **5. Execute New Store Openings** - Partner with Marketing on promotions, launches, and opening events that attract customers. - Act as a liaison between our retail, marketing, contractor, and mall teams to ensure a smooth opening, on schedule and on-brand. - Oversee every aspect of store setup: fixture installation, IT/POS setup, and merchandising. **[We Are Looking for Someone With]** - Minimum of 3 - 4 years of proven experience in a store management role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or luxury retail. - A demonstrable track record of driving sales growth, achieving targets, and effectively managing store profitability. - Exceptional leadership abilities with a passion for coaching, developing, and motivating a team to exceed expectations. - Hands-on, practical experience in all aspects of retail operations, inventory management, and POS administration. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
